This Cookie Policy explains how zymtrace, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on gozymtrace.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy. zymtrace is a developer tool for continuous GPU profiling; our website is the marketing and documentation front end for that product, and our cookie use reflects a developer-first site with no advertising networks or third-party tracking pixels.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device across page loads, remember session state, and measure how the site is used. We also use related browser storage such as localStorage for session-persistent settings (including cookie-banner dismissal state).
3. How We Use Cookies
gozymtrace.com uses a minimal set of cookies appropriate for a developer-tool marketing site. We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party social-share scripts that set cookies.

4. Notice and Choice
gozymtrace.com operates under a notice-only consent model. Non-essential cookies (analytics) may be initialized when you first visit. The cookie notice banner at the bottom of the page informs you of this use. You can opt out of analytics cookies by configuring your browser to block them or by activating a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 5).
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires -- including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon -- we honor browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). When our cookie banner JavaScript detects a GPC signal, analytics initialization is suppressed for that browser session, consistent with the opt-out rights described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Cookies
We may use a self-hosted or privacy-preserving analytics provider as our service provider. Any such provider operates under a data processing agreement that restricts their use of data to providing the analytics service to us. We do not permit third-party advertising or social tracking scripts on gozymtrace.com.
7. Managing Cookies
- Use our cookie banner to acknowledge the notice; analytics will continue unless you opt out via browser settings or GPC.
- Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and review the notice.
- Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies; see aboutcookies.org for per-browser instructions. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent the login session and CSRF protection from functioning correctly.
